Fixings:
1 envelope low sodium taco flavoring
1 can (16 oz) chili pepper beans
1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
3 1/2 cups corn chips (Fritos)
1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
1 cup destroyed cheddar
1/4 cup fat sour cream
1 lb. lean ground bee
System:
Cook ground beef until meat is cooked; drain. Mix in tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, beans, taco flavoring blend and 1/4 c. of cheddar. Sprinkle 1 container corn chips in base of 8x8 preparing dish. Spread with bean stew. Prepare at 350 for 20 minutes. Spread sour cream over stew. Top with remaining corn chips and cheddar. Prepare 4-5 minutes longer
