Fixings :
6 chicken breasts
1 C light mayonaise or greek yogurt (I have done 1/2 of each too)
1/2 c crisp parmesan cheddar, in addition to additional for the top
1/2 tsp flavoring salt (This is NOT standard table salt. It is a mixture of seasonings)
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
Technique:
1. Preheat broiler to 375 degrees and spread within a 9x13 glass skillet. Lay the chicken inside the skillet.
2. Combine the remaining fixings and spread equitably over each one bit of chicken, being certain to cover all the uncovered crude meat (so it doesn't dry out.) Sprinkle on some more crisp parmesan over all the chicken.
3. Prepare revealed for 45 minutes. This dish is far better the following day, so simply warm in the microwave!
