worldcook Crispy Golden Chicken Thighs Recipe




A cup 1/2  olive oil

8 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

1 to 2 tablespoons of honey

One lemon,  juiced 

1 tablespoon coarse mustard 

ground pepper and Coarse salt 



In a vase, throw chicken thighs with oil and lemon juice; season with salt and pepper  one hour

Preheat kitchen appliance to 375 degrees. Roast chicken, skin side down, in an oil roasting pan, twenty to twenty five minutes; 
 flip and roast ten  minutes. 

Blend together grainy mustard  and honey and season with salt and pepper
Brush glaze onto chicken and broil five minutes
