Worldcook Amish Cinnamon Bread Yummmy




Fixings: 

dough: 
2 mugs buttermilk or 2 containers milk in addition to 2 tablespoons vinegar or lemon juice 
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 mug butter, relaxed 
2 mugs sugar 
4 mugs flour
2 eggs 
Cinnamon/sugar mixture:  
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2/3 glasses sugar 

System: 

Cream together butter, 2 containers of sugar, and eggs. Add milk, flour, and baking soda. Put 1/2 of dough (or somewhat less) into greased loaf pans (1/4 in each one dish). Blend in discrete dish the 2/3 c sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle 3/4 of cinnamon mixture on top of the 1/2 hitter in each one dish. Add remaining dough to dish; sprinkle with last of cinnamon fixing. Swirl with a blade. Heat at 350 degrees for 45-50 min. alternately until toothpick analyzer tell the truth. 
Cool in pan for 20 minutes before expelling from skillet.
